At RTD Crawford, we manufacture and supply many different types of animal bedding. Our state of the art shavings baling plant can be tailored to suit your individual needs, should it be small flake dust free shavings or manufactured large flake heat sterilised shavings, we can do it all. 

Our kiln dried shavings provide high quality bedding for equestrian and horse stables. Our horse bedding is dust free, absorbent and suitable for all bedding systems. They ensure a high level of absorbency, which means a dryer stable for longer. The hydraulically compressed bale is easy to spread and in turn means less mucking out time.

Our high quality shavings are suitable for bedding all poultry animals including chickens, turkeys and ducks. The 100% natural shavings from our high speed timber moulding lines offer a unique shaving product that is often copied but never equalled. The shavings provide great floor coverage and prove to be very efficient for keeping birds cleaner for longer.

At RTD Crawford, our shavings are created from a natural milling process. They are fresh, dust free and will absorb dirt and liquids better than manufactured solutions. We can keep your livestock comfortable and protect them from bacteria and disease. Each bale is individually weighed to a set weight, automatically stacked, and wrapped to ensure safe transport and to protect them from the elements.
